How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow three (3) business days for order processing. The majority of orders are shipped immediately if your bag is in stock and available. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. Remember to allow for time in transit, as per your shipping choice. Our business hours are from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
How will you ship my bag?
We ship all US orders via UPS and offer three (3) shipping options:
- Ground - 5 to 7 business days
- 2nd day - 2 business days
- Next day - Next business day
Please note this time is the actual UPS shipping time, not how long it may take for your order to be ready to ship. Once your order is ready to ship, the shipping time reflects the transportation time it will take for your bag to get to you from us.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept orders destine outside of United States do to the fact that we are distributed globally and our retail prices vary from country to country and order directly from us via our web site could undermine the price integrity of our products in other countries. |
