How can I purchase a GRYSON bag?
Our Online Shop is always available. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and the bag is confirmed as to be in stock, your handbag will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.
We charge your credit card only upon shipping. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. In addition, US customers may also pay by check or money order. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@gryson.com.
Do you charge sales tax?
Because we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.375% Sales Tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.
Care of bags
GRYSON handbags are made by expert Italian craftsmen, using the finest natural leathers and materials. As with all handmade leather goods, each item will carry small individual differences. Due to the nature of the natural materials and leathers we utilize, slight variances may occur, as well as the potential for color transfer. We would suggest that particular care is taken when wearing one of our items, especially in regards to our natural tanned leather products.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important. We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.

GRYSON, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. GRYSON, Inc. reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $35 for cancelled or returned orders.
